Donations: Usable furniture, clothing, household items, and appliances are donated to local charities in the Des Moines area, including Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and other community organizations.
Recycling: Metals, electronics, cardboard, and other recyclable materials are taken to appropriate recycling facilities. We work with certified e-waste recyclers for electronics disposal.
Results: On average, we divert over 60% of the items we collect away from landfills. It takes a little extra effort, but it's the right thing to do for our community and our planet.
